I doubt that they would let you install software on their machines.

You could install Skype on your Windows laptop, if you don't have it
already, and use your noelle account.

This is, of course, assuming that your co-worker would have somewhere to
install Skype herself.

Also: isn't there already IM built into Outlook 365?  Couldn't you use
that with your co-worker?
