I'm not sure what they mean by "receive their television via cable, satellite or the Internet". The only thing I saw where you can receive it by Internet is if you shell out money for "passport": https://ww2.kqed.org/support/membership/kqed-passport-help/ I guess it's possible that we will no longer be able to see KQED on TV any more.
