Two of the roommates will be picking up the key(s) and setting up electric
on June 1. Maybe Xander should also go down there on that day, so he will
have a key to the apartment. That way he can start to move his stuff in
over the summer. Internet and cable won't be set up until closer to when
they actually move in. No point in paying for something when there won't be
anyone there to use it.
