Here's what I wrote:
Please do not heap all the fiscal responsibility for maintenance and
repair of Umunhum Radar Tower on the Umunhum Conservancy by reneging on
the original promise for MidPen to pay for this. It is MidPen's
obligation to maintain its historic buildings, including the tower.
Keep your integrity and vote against this terrible proposal.
