I think those can be safely ignored. They are mostly Linux files which I
used when I first installed Linux on there.

I would leave 'em.

I would ignore their advice.
Unless AVG refuses to run, just ignore these things.
The only thing you care about is when it detects a virus or malware. Only
then should you allow AVG to remove it.
