Let's start this friendship off the right way. Here's what you need to know before flying with us to Albuquerque.

Before we go any further, do you have our redesigned app?

If not, download it now. It will make your travel with us even easier.

1. Your first two checked bags fly free!

•	Weight and size limits apply
•	Self-tag your bag at a kiosk in select airports to save time
•	You can also bring one carryon & one personal item onboard

2. Check-in starts exactly 24 hours before your flight

•	Check in separately for your outbound and return flights
•	Create a check-in reminder on your phone or calendar
•	Your check-in time determines your boarding position. The earlier you check-in, the earlier you get onboard to choose your seat

3. We board in groups but have open seating

•

The monitors at the gate will display your boarding group

•

Listen for the boarding announcement (about 30 minutes before takeoff) and line up next to your number (Ex: A50)

•

We don't assign seats, so once you're on the plane, pick any available seat you see

4. Charge your devices and snag some grub pre-flight

•	You won't find outlets onboard (it's one way we keep our fares low), so be sure to charge up in the gate area, or bring your power bank so you don't run out of juice while watching our Free Live TV*
•	We serve complimentary snacks but if you're on a longer flight or might miss a meal, feel free to bring your own food onboard
