Our neighbors are selling

We are recruiting for new neighbors. We are concerned as to who may move in. Do 
you you know someone, or a family, who is responsible, lawbiding, positive 
community member(s), maintains their property and cares about aesthetics? If 
you know of anyone who would make good neighbors, please pass along the below 
link. 

As a side note, we share the driveway (most of which is on their property). 
Also, we own the land behind our neighbor's house (at about where the fence is 
behind their house).
