 1) You should try adjusting your current chair to see if you can get a
    better posture.  There are a lot of knobs.  You may just wanna
    constantly adjust it during the day.
 2) You could try the theraball as a chair to see how that works out.
    (You could also use your fancy orange chair that acts like a theraball
     as well, of course.  Do you remember why you stopped using that?)
