Actually, I looked at the documents you had sent before.  A few issues:

 1) I didn't realize that Fred Forman resides in .  You'll
    need to get a -based lawyer/estate planner since they will
    know the intricacies of  law which would affect transfer of
    property, etc.
 2) We skimmed your documents you had sent in 2011.  They suffer from the
    very thing that our estate planning lawyer warned against: not
    spreading the trustee responsibility among all the beneficiaries.  I
    urge you to keep that in mind when revising your trust.
 3) I saw that Flora was designated as Durable Power of Attorney.  You
    should definitely discuss this with her if you're considering the same
    arrangement because, if you are both incapacitated or hospitalized, she
    may need to "hang out" in  for weeks, possibly months.
