As follow up to our conversation this past Monday evening, I have attached
a copy of your 60 day notice to vacate effective April 1, 2018.  I will be
sending you an original via overnight mail.  As discussed, personal reasons
have come about that I need to sell the unit you are renting.  To avoid an
inconvenience you, I am requesting you to vacate prior to the unit being
placed for sale.

If there is anything I can do to help in your search, please let me know.
I have spoken with a realtor that I used to work with and he is willing to
try to help you find new housing.  His name is Steve MacDonald at Coldwell
