Clipper® Deactivate Autoload

Dear ROBERT,  

We have received your Autoload cancellation request. For the cancellation to 
take effect, you must tag your card on a Clipper® card reader. The 
cancellation will be available on most readers within 24 hours however; it may 
take up to 5 days for buses and light rail vehicles.

You should be aware that if your cash balance falls below $10 or your pass 
expires before this process is completed, tagging your card to a card reader 
will continue to Autoload the pre-specified amount or pass.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call the Clipper® Customer 
Service Center and refer to the reference number provided.
