"Sandra - you and I live across the street from each other, and thought I'd touch base, asking for a favor/recommendation.
I need to have some heavy stuff around the house moved.  Due to a recent medical condition, I am limited in what I'm able to move.
Could you recommend anybody?  Of course, I would be able to pay for the labor.
