 > Hi Neighbors, I reported a dead crow to the city at the corner of Mission and Fourth St.  This could be an early sign of a virus in the area, such as West Nile, so it needs to be tested. Since the bird is on the public sidewalk, and not on someone's property, vector control called me back asking if I could pick it up with gloves and shovel, and contain it in a bag so that someone from the city can pick it up. Unfortunately I am unable to do this -- is there someone who can? The bird needs to be tested.
