BTW, I'll likely sign up for Abine Blur.  Bank of America's Shopsafe has
been down for a few days now and I'm unable to create temporary virtual
controlled credit card numbers.

FWIW, it seems to offer a lot of privacy options including temporary phone
numbers and temporary email addresses in addition to the usual password
manager (which I won't use).  Unfortunately, it costs $40/year.
