problems with shell server sh.sonic.net

I saw on https://sonicstatus.com/ that the shell server was supposed to be
working again (as of July 28), but I'm still having problems with it.

I cannot get into it.

Below is the output from ssh -vvv .  It is unable to create the bash shell
for some reason.
