How about coming over here at 4:15pm?  That should give us enough time to
walk over to the restaurant, eat dinner, walk to the Japantown light rail,
take the train downtown, buy the tickets, and see the film.  (This is
assuming that parking during Jazzfest will be a nightmare.)
