rights w.r.t. jury duty

It appears that any form of retaliation is illegal.

However, from what I can see, forcing you to make up hours or taking PTO
for the time while not serving on a court is not retaliation.  But, during
the time you are serving on a jury in court trial, they cannot force you
to make up hours or take PTO.  You can sue your employer if they make you
do this, and there are trial attorneys that will sue.
