Are you able to send encrypted pdf files via email?  That would be ideal.
You could bring up a word processor (like Word or notepad), type in the
numbers, print to a PDF, and add a password to the resulting PDF.

Then, send me the password in a separate email.

Of course, if you have PGP or GnuPG, you could send an encrypted email to
me directly.

Do you have access to Google Docs?  If so, you could create a doc with the
numbers in it and share it with Noelle, and she'll share it with me.
