NEW Cigna Medical ID Cards
New medical ID cards have been mailed out this week!
All Cigna health plan members will receive new medical ID cards through the U.S. Mail in the coming weeks. When your new card arrives, inspect it closely, and ensure all details are accurate. If
you notice any inconsistencies, contact Cigna immediately at 1-800-244-6224.
The next time you see your healthcare provider, tell them that your insurance carrier has changed, and present your new ID card to them.
If you don’t receive your ID card by October 10th contact Cigna at 1-800-244-6224.
Online access will be provided on 10/1/18 where you can print a temporary card.
Notes:
- If you changed your address after 7/31/18, a card may go to the old address.
The address changes are being processed with Cigna and new cards will be sent to the new address on or shortly after 10/1/2018.
- If you made changes to your medical plan to be effective 10/1/2018, you may receive a card with the old plan information. New cards will be sent on or shortly
after 10/1/2018 with the new plan information. Regardless of when you receive the new card, the changes will go into effect on 10/1/2018.
