You can register online or through the app.
- Go to the
myCigna.com website or launch the myCigna app and select “Register Now”
- Enter your requested information
- Confirm your identity
- Create your security information and provide your primary email address
- Review, then
Submit
If you have not yet received your new Cigna ID card,
you can print a temporary card by registering on the myCigna website! Just follow the attached instructions.
Important Note About Deductibles!
Any amount that has been applied to your deductible or out of pocket maximum through the Allegeant plan will be transferred to Cigna. This transfer will be completed by October 15th. Cigna will not
be processing any claims until these amounts have been updated to ensure members have the correct amounts applied.

While our pharmacy coverage is not changing, you will be receiving a new separate pharmacy ID card from Express Scripts. Your card is in the mail and on its way! If you haven’t received yours yet,
don’t fret! Simply present the attached brochure to your Express Scripts network pharmacist and he or she will accurately process your prescription.
