Hi Noelle and Robert,
Here is what I have the two of you doing for the upcoming event on the 20th. Please let me know if you have any questions or for some reason you can not do the assigned tasks. Attached is the full document.
* Noelle and Robert: Early Set Up arrives at 2:30pm to help the location host ready the site for the event. Â
* Noelle: Location Liaison Checks in periodically and coordinates with Location / Event Host to make sure that the event goes well. Â
* Noelle: Member list print out
