reached maximum out of pocket expense

It appears that I have reached the maximum out of pocket expense for my
medical coverage for this year.  That means that my insurance will pay
100% for any visits or whatnot.

(Unfortunately, this won't cover the cost of prescription eyeglasses or
any dental work.)

I'm thinking I should get my hearing tested again before the end of the
year.  Let me see if I can do that.
