It seems like they're introducing the technology too early, before the
software is able to adapt to the doctor and the procedures at particular
offices and hospitals.
On the other hand, maybe this is just a temporary lull and, as systems are
installed and faults found, they will improve over time. Perhaps it is a
silver bullet, but a slow Matrix-style bullet.
