If this occurs and we are unable to recover the value of the funds loaded to your Clipper card, your card will be blocked from further use until the funding source is updated. Please update your funding source immediately as follows: 1. Log into your account on clippercard.com. 2. Click the "Edit" link under Payment Information on your My Account page. 3. Provide your updated credit card / banking information and select Save. Updating your funding source takes up to 5 days to process if you are paying for Autoload with a credit/debit card or up to 10 days if you are paying with a bank account.
