This seems painful at best since there doesn't seem to be an obvious
opportunity for automation. I think this will need to be maintained piecemeal:
occasionally send out a mail asking people to update their address, and then
fix it in both Caspio and Mailchimp.
Obviously, this should be done just before the elections.
