I don't think that getting access is important.  What I think are important are:

 1. See what the current welcome message is.
 2. Get it updated if necessary.

Who can contact Bob about the above and this?  Would the best strategy to 
bombard him with questions on Saturday?

Isn't "both" an option?

By "credentials", I assume that you mean access (password) to this UB calendar 
account?

I suggested to Noelle that she could start contacting (headhunting) individual 
members to recruit for these positions.

I'm assuming that these positions will also be listed in the newsletter.
