The Date: field in the email was 9 Jun 2019 07:29:23 -0700 , but the
message(s) actually hit the SMTP server at Sun Jun 9 07:31:04 2019 .

The above info is just for one email (the one I had sent earlier), 'tho my
MTA sends out the messages separately (each is individually digitally
signed), so there will not be a single message with all the recipients.
However, you should be able to find the individual messages.
