Re: 3.5% surcharge at restaurant (fwd)



I'm guessing that this person has never eaten at a restaurant in France
which has fixed and added tips.

But, there is a good point that Google, etc. do get special discounts that
other businesses don't.

I wonder how much tax revenue the downtown Googleplex will generate.
