Noelle and I will try to get email addresses for those who do not have one.

And, I'll assume that Susan and Noelle will clean up the problems with the 
current member database.  (Editorial: if there are any techniques, mechanisms, 
or processes to prevent these inconsistencies going forward, that would be very 
welcomed!)
