There was a guy there, Danny. He taught himself several languages. What was odd, 'tho, is that he never got a chance to practice any of them since he was strongly introverted; I never spoke a word with him. So, obviously, oral communication skills is definitely not a function of language knowledge. In fact, I could argue that it is a skill that cannot be taught.
