Save the attachment.  I recommend (as does Bob) saving the Calibri font
one.  Then, double-click on it in the file explorer.  I think Libreoffice
should import it.

If it doesn't, we may have to get Bob to create a Libreoffice-compatible
one since not everybody should be forced to purchase Macrosoft Office.
(Actually, it would be much better to use a Google slides template instead
since everyone can get free access to that -- paying for it with your
privacy, of course.)
