Originally, under "In what ways would you like to get involved and help
the co-op?", there was an answer "Drink Unumhum beer".  I think we should
bring that back.  Also, it might be good to put "Distribution" and
"Procurement and Storage" under this section.

Under "What professional skill or area of expertise do you have that you
feel might be useful to the co-op?", what is "Design"?
