Good question. I'm not sure what the protocol is w.r.t. to deciding at
what point to bring legal action, e.g., small claims court.
I assume that they haven't paid for anything yet? If not, perhaps this is
a good thing because they are getting used to sharing just a single car
between them, which may be a good way to save money.
In any case, I don't favor their purchasing another car until they get rid
of at least some of the cars that they already have.
