It's so weird that I have to convert your emails into text these days
before I can reply to them.

FWIW, I use the https://kinesis-ergo.com/shop/freestyle-pro/ at work.  (I
also have a back-up at home, but it's in storage for now.)  It's flat,
which is better, but I sympathize with your position.

We recently watched https://www.pbs.org/wgbh/frontline/film/amazon-empire/
and were talking about buying things on Amazon (because we were discussing
how Frys Electronics is empty these days and we're being forced to buy
things online).

There was an interesting show on Forum about this:

The pronoun thing is complicated because speech is so fast.  More
complicated than, for example, dietary choices, where you have time to
keep asking questions before you serve something to your friend.
