So, it would make sense to wash your sheets less often. It does seem like sleeping a separate bed if one person has COVID-19 makes sense. But, I don't think there's a big risk of getting COVID-19 over and over again if you don't change your sheets. There are also diseases other than COVID-19 which are probably more of a worry. And, then there are bed bugs. I figure that focusing on the real problems are more important, such as interacting with people less and not touching high-touch surfaces.
