Seems like you'd want to disturb the sheets as little as possible in order
not to spread...stuff.  So, it would make sense to wash your sheets less
often.

It does seem like sleeping a separate bed if one person has COVID-19 makes
sense.  But, I don't think there's a big risk of getting COVID-19 over and
over again if you don't change your sheets.

There are also diseases other than COVID-19 which are probably more of a
worry.  And, then there are bed bugs.

I figure that focusing on the real problems are more important, such as
interacting with people less and not touching high-touch surfaces.
