Ah. This is the way that the capitalists are not letting a good crisis go
to waste. While employees are in a more precarious position due to the
bad economy, companies can do things that would have been unacceptable
just a few short months ago.
The question in mind is: will the unemployed, with more time on their
hands, vote for socialist and progressive policies supporting workers?
Or, will they settle with the status quo ante?
