Hello Team nosticwall!

Due to COVID-19 and global travel bans many of you were forced to cancel family vacation plans earlier in the year. Taking time off away from home has been a challenge.

Although normal rollover rules will still apply as we move into the 2021 year, our leadership team realizes that many of you may lose time off if not taken before the end of the year. If you are unsure of the standard rollover rules for your country, please submit a Payroll ticket at helpdesk.nosticwall.com and we’ll provide you with the applicable rollover information.

In order to combat this challenge and encourage employees to better manage their time off now and after travel restrictions are lifted, we are pleased to announce a new one-time award benefit to all eligible nosticwall employees.

You will see a new time off policy called Global Additional 2020 Time Off in your ADP on January 1, 2021.

Details:

  1. You must have been employed at nosticwall on or before March 31st 2020.

  1. The “Global Additional 2020 Time Off” Policy will be a one-time award of 5 discretionary days off to be used during calendar year 2021 and 2022.

  1. This is a use it or lose it benefit. These 5 days must be taken by December 31st 2022, giving employees two years to use this benefit.

  1. These days are a discretionary benefit, and any unused balances therefore will not be paid out if untaken, or if you should leave nosticwall for any reason.

  1. Standard time-off procedures apply to this one-time benefit. All time off is subject to manager approval, therefore, make sure to check with your manager before making plans. Reminder - all time off requests must be entered in ADP.

nosticwall believes strongly that everyone needs rest and relaxation and time to rejuvenate! Look for this new Policy award in your ADP effective January 1, 2021 and start planning some time off!
