Subject: Office and Travel Updates

nosticwall Team,

As we enter the Fall and Winter seasons for several of our teams, we are continuing continue to see increases in the number of COVID cases in most regions. As a result, some countries or regions within countries are returning to more stringent shutdown measures, and we anticipate that trend will continue for the next few months.

At the same time, our global teams have adapted to remote work over the past eight months. You have made working from home an effective new normal by finding new ways to connect with each other and with our partners and customers. Working from home has also helped to keep us safe and has helped many of our team members to juggle unique family schedules and challenges.

With these considerations in mind, we will continue our current remote work policies and travel restrictions at least through the end of the year as follows:

  • All offices currently closed will remain closed through at least December 31, 2020
  • All travel restrictions currently in place will remain in place through at least December 31, 2020
    • All cross-border travel is prohibited barring an exigent business need and an L2 approval
    • All domestic travel requires pre-approval via the Expense Tracker and must support an urgent revenue-related need

We will continue to monitor global conditions, but we will continue to make the safety and well-being of our employees the top priority, and we will make changes only when we can do so safely to support a business need.

We also encourage our team members to refer to the monthly HR Newsletter for helpful tips and best practices for working remotely.

Thanks,

Matt Neiderman

Chief Administrative Officer
