Next steps:
- The Service Provider will be contacting you within the next business day to schedule a mutually convenient appointment during normal business hours.
- The service provider will diagnose the reported failure, if it is determined that the failure of your system or appliance is covered under the terms and conditions of the service agreement, the service provider will begin work to repair/replace the covered item.
- A trade call fee for each trade is due at time of service. You have the option to pay with credit card online.
- Please make sure to cancel BEFORE the scheduled appointment, otherwise you will be responsible for the service fee amount. You can cancel either online or by calling the service provider directly.
