RETURN TO WORK AND TRAVEL UPDATE

noSticwall Global Team,

As 2020 comes to a close, we have shown during the past 9 months how well we can thrive in adversity. We have worked remotely and safely, but we have also done it effectively. As we continue to monitor the course of the pandemic and the entrance of vaccines onto the scene, we wanted to provide an update on our plans for returning to offices and our expected travel guidelines for the coming year.

With the continued uptick in Coronavirus cases and hospitalizations in many areas around the world and in the absence of a generally available vaccine, we are moving the return to office and return to travel date through April of 2021.

Over the coming months, we encourage our employees to get vaccinated as soon as locally available. Where it is possible, we will provide guidance on where and how to get vaccinated, along with other related resources that we are able to provide. We will be sending targeted communications to our employees by country or region in advance of each phase of our re-opening and return to travel process, so stay tuned for more office and location-specific information early next year.

Some highlights of our plans:

  • Starting in late April or early May, we will consider a phased re-opening of offices on a location-by-location basis, depending on local health conditions, the local availability of a vaccine and guidance from local health officials.
  • As we initially return to offices, we anticipate doing so with precautions that may include protective equipment, deep cleaning, avoiding large meetings, avoiding visitors and suspending group meals
  • Our initial return to travel will also be in phases:
    • Earlier phases will be for unavoidable and urgent domestic travel only and will require high-level approval
    • Later phases will include necessary international travel with manager approval
    • In early phases, all travel will be permitted for pressing, revenue-related business needs and only as a last resort

We hope that each of you and your loved ones continue to stay healthy as we work together to deliver Boundless Cybersecurity!
