Do we really need more stuff?  I guess Trump just wants his friends to
make lots of money by making more stuff and destroying our biosystems in
the process.

I think we need to settle into a lower standard of living and work less:

"Laziness Does Not Exist" puts forth that we should just be working less
and resting more.  And, if we end up earning less, maybe we'll buy less
stuff and put less pressure on the environment.

For this to work, everyone might have to be on the same page, which may
involve eliminating hierarchies and power relations.  Oh, well.
