It's weird that someone would go through the trouble of defacing this
particularly.
I guess nobody was killed or harmed so it's mostly an annoying crime.
The good thing about places like 924 Gilman is that graffiti was
encouraged. If graffiti were encouraged in general, I wonder if there
could be layers and layers of graffiti, forever renewing itself?
