I was listening to https://www.wnycstudios.org/podcasts/otm/episodes/on-the-media-toxic and was surprised when Sean Hannity mentioned the "corporate-backed Black Lives Matter". I looked it up. Apparently, it's impossible to give money directly to BLM, but, according to https://builtin.com/diversity-inclusion/companies-that-support-black-lives-matter-social-justice , a number of companies have donated in their name to racial justice organizations. This is exactly the problem with allowing corporations to donate money to non-profit organizations. It would be better if these corporations were banned from donating money or, if not, heavily taxed, if they do so. This stop people like Sean Hannity from using corporate giving as a wedge issue.
