I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for responding to the survey 
you recently received. As a member, your feedback is very important to us. 

I noticed that you indicated you would like shorter wait time while in the 
branch. I think we can help with this. During the month of December we had some 
challenging times with staffing but I'm happy to let you know that we are fully 
staffed and are looking forward to assist you.
