I looked up that SC hotel and normal rates around $200/night so that is sure an expensive exclusive concert. Probably adding to the cachet of exclusivity, it's like one of those fancy areas at arenas where you have a suite to watch sports or concert. at least with this you can sleep at the hotel after concert and get really bombed.
