Re: GOOD NEWS! Re-opening 3/3



Deaths rates have dropped to where they were in Oct/Nov '20, so I'd be
willing to go again.

 > open there are a number of requirements that must be met, and some of them will 
 > take a great deal of cooperation from you. We therefore respectfully ask for

 > 1. State and local rules require that everyone in the club wear face masks that 
 > cover the nose and mouth at all times, including while exercising. Please bring

 > who's not wearing a face covering in compliance with state and local orders. (

 > app. You can check in once you're within 500 feet of the club. If we're at

 > 7. The availability and capacity of group exercise classes will be limited to 
 > allow for physical distancing and additional cleaning between classes. In San 
 > Francisco, we will be permitted to offer only low-intensity classes, such as

 > 8. Our basketball courts will be open only for workouts (not for playing

 > 9. We've placed hand sanitizer at the entry to each club, and more hand

 > Billing on Your Account will Resume.

 > Your billing will resume in March (including billing for any fitness membership,

 > billing was due when the club was closed, on March 13th you will be billed the 
 > prorated amount of $31.99 to cover the time from March 3rd until your next 
 > regularly scheduled billing date that occurs after March 12th.  Additionally, 
 > since your annual/enhancement fee anniversary date occurred while our clubs 
 > were closed, on March 13th you will be billed the pro-rated amount of $49.00, 
 > based on the number of days between your anniversary date and March 3rd.  You 
 > will then go back to the full amount on the next anniversary date of your 
 > annual fee billing, as originally stated in your contract.
