problems ssh-ing to sh.sonic.net

I've been having problems ssh-ing to sh.sonic.net.
1) If I try to telnet to sh.sonic.net:22 from my home machine, it just
disconnects after a few seconds.
2) If I ssh from my non-home machine to sh.sonic.net, it just sits there
and a shell prompt is never returned.
Other sonic.net services seem to work fine.
