I'm not sure you can make any conclusions if only 10% of all colleges and universities are requiring vaccines. I think you'll need to wait for more colleges and universities to require vaccines before you can come to any conclusion of Republican vs. Democrat states. I mean, just throwing a dart at the dartboard, you're more likely to hit a college or university that is not requiring vaccines.
