Fee Charged By Mistake

Hi Robert,

Just saw your ticket order come through and noticed we neglected to uncheck
the "fees charged to patron" box so you ended up getting charged to the
fees.

I can refund the $4.00 but not until tomorrow because our system doesn't
allow "same day" refunds.

You'll receive an email once the refund is processed.
