That guy was arguing that it is the concept of competition which is at root of the problem, and that capitalism is not related per-se to that problem. The thing about fascism is that mentioning Nazism and "National Socialism" just confuses the issue. If we just stick to the word "fascism", I think we're good. I have been really amazed at how adept Amazon and Google have been at crushing union movements and maintaining worker discipline.
